Since Artist Growth Agency (artistgrowth.agency) is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods and digital marketing services, we cannot issue refunds once an order is processed and the service has started. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service from our website.
We can only issue a refund if your order has not yet been processed.
You may not open a Dispute or Chargeback against Artist Growth Agency / Publish Music for any reason covered by our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
