Refund Policy
Since Artist Growth Agency (artistgrowth.agency) is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods and digital marketing services, we cannot issue refunds once an order is processed and the service has started. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service from our website.
We can only issue a refund if your order has not yet been processed.
You may not open a Dispute or Chargeback against Artist Growth Agency / Publish Music for any reason covered by our Terms of Service.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur regarding the nature of the services we provide.
Therefore, we DO honor refund requests under the following condition:
Non-delivery of the service
In some cases, processing times may be slower than expected, and it may take longer for your order to be started. In such cases, we recommend contacting us for assistance before requesting a refund.
Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 5 days from the order placement date. Otherwise, the campaign will be considered completed.

We will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
