Subscription Policy
When you purchase a subscription from Artist Growth Agency (artistgrowth.agency), you will receive recurring services based on the subscription duration and billing frequency you select. Your subscription will automatically renew at the price and frequency listed at checkout unless it is cancelled.
Your payment details will be stored securely by our payment provider and you will be charged for each recurring billing period unless you choose to pay in advance.
If you wish to cancel or modify your subscription, you may do so up to 3 days before your next renewal date. Cancellations made after this period may apply to the following billing cycle.
If you use a discount code when purchasing a subscription, please note that it may only apply to your first payment. The price of your active subscription may therefore change on the next recurring billing date.
Orders can only be refunded if they have not yet been processed or fulfilled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information regarding refunds and eligibility.
You agree not to open a Dispute / Chargeback against Artist Growth Agency if you forgot to cancel your subscription before renewal.
Try Before You Buy / Free Trials
If you purchase a "try before you buy" service or begin a free trial, we may authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a specified time period to evaluate the service and decide whether to continue your subscription.
If you do not cancel your free trial before the trial period ends, your payment method will automatically be charged the full subscription amount listed at checkout.
